Return/Exchange policy

Returns and Exchanges:

You may return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags attached.


Return Process:


Initiate Return/Exchange: Contact our customer service team at support@shopcotk.store within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.


Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you instructions on how to return the item. 

Inspection and Refund/Exchange: Once we receive the returned items, our team will inspect items. If the items meet the return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Exceptions:

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns without the original packaging or missing tags may be subject to a restocking fee.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will provide instructions for a replacement or refund.
